Pumpkin Cheesecake

I really like to cook and when I find good recipes, I like to share the love! One of my favorite sources for recipes is www.allrecipes.com. I like to read the recipe reviews and most of the time I end up tweaking the recipe to fit my taste. This recipe for pumpkin cheesecake is good just the way it is. It is a little lighter in texture than the traditional cheesecake but still rich in flavor. The funny thing is I am not a huge cheesecake fan - but my husband is. The recipe includes instructions on how to make spiderwebs out of spun sugar. That sounds totally cool and gourmet but I know how tricky that can be. I think it would be easier to make cobwebs out of chocolate and I describe how to do that on this post.

The meringe ghost is a variation on the ones I posted about here and the recipe can be found here.

That picture is making my mouth water, and I don't even like cheese cake all that much. Thanks for the recipe reference.
