I tried a couple of new recipes last night. I thought they were worth sharing.
Tortellini Spinach Salad with Sesame Dressing

I already had some tortellini in the freezer - both spinach and regular - so I was excited to try this recipe. It was really colorful, fresh and had a nice flavor. I did not use as much spinach as the recipe called for. Can be served cold or at room temperature.
And since I anticipated my kids wouldn't devour this, I found this chicken recipe that seemed to compliment the salad nicely.
Grilled Asian Chicken

This was quick and easy (I didn't precook the marinade). I would probably increase the honey next time because I would have preferred a sweeter flavor.

Those look really good. I will have to try both of them!! Thank you!
You inspire me to try new things. I get stuck in the "same ol' menus" and forget to branch out.
