I always forget what a gem we have in the gardens at Thanksgiving Point! Once the weather warms up (will it ever warm up?!) I hope to return with the rest of my family.

Before Spring turned into Winter right before our eyes - we braved the wind and went to the tulip festival at Thanksgiving Point. My parents invited us to go with them in celebration of their anniversary. It was very lovely in spite of the grey sky.

I loved that place the one time I went. I had no idea what a gem it was. I am sad to have missed the tulips....although it may not be too late?
