A Camera Enthusiast
"A Camera Enthusiast" is actually something I can only hope to become. But I am now one step closer with my new digital SLR. (I am learning that Wes is powerless against the temptation to give me my "Christmas" presents early. This is the first year we are giving each other "real" gifts - not that socks don't count as real gifts...but you know what I mean. This is the third Christmas present I have received in the last month!) Anyway - I have so much to learn about how to use this awesome camera! I watched the introduction video yesterday and then tried it out at our extended family get-together. Still needs improvement but at least it's a start!

Cool!! I think it is great that you guys are giving eachother gifts!!!! We aren't quite there yet, but soon, hope. And my first wish on the list is a "real" camera.

We have been wanting to get an SLR for a while now. So fun to get the chance to take some quality pictures. I bet yours will look professional in no time!
