Family Halloween Fun

The annual Clark Halloween party was planned and hosted this year by my cute and fun sister Amy...

First the guests. There was the scorceress:

The bat.

The cupcake. (No, no, no I did not make the costume! Are you kidding me? It was used for the summer production of Beauty and the Beast)

The pink panther. We didn't know what else to call her! There she is doing tricks with Daddy.

The drummer/rock star. And I'm telling you - this kid can really rock out on the drums. For real!

The jailbird.

The...uhhhh...ummm....I just can't find the words! And to add to the joke - he actually wore a trench coat home! All you could see under the trench coat were his bare legs, socks, and shoes.

The clown. It's a long story but the "Janet" on the tombstone is not referring to my mom. Heaven forbid! Pretty funny though.

Their whole front yard was decked out like a graveyard. Here are a couple more clever epitaphs.

Other guests included a devil/used car salesman, a cowboy, and a secret service agent. I dressed up as the Statue of Liberty (same as last year - I know - so boring. But I was pretty busy...did you see my kid's costumes?!) and Wes wore a clown wig but it freaked Sarah Jane out too much.

The party included awesome decorations, a great meal, and some fun games. Halloween bingo was first - until we realized that all our cards were EXACTLY the same. That doesn't work too well but we still had fun yelling BINGO at the same time. Next was a scary story told by the devil/used car salesman accompanied by some slimy objects to touch and smell. Last was the treasure hunt. That was a hit. Kids were whizzing everywhere!

We jammed on the drums and keyboard for a while and then called it a night. So fun!
