Saturday - Sledding Fun and Family Movies

Saturday was a day filled with fun and family.
First, Eliott and Carlee invited us to go sledding. We had a great time - even Sarah Jane. And we were treated to hot cocoa after. Thanks guys!

That evening we hosted a an extended family movie night. My parents, siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles enjoyed watching movies dating back to the mid-1960's through the early 1970's. Not only did we have a lot of laughs at antics and hairstyles - it was really neat to see moving (though silent) footage of my grandpa and other relatives who have passed away. I wasn't alive during most of the movies that we watched - bit I was amazed at how many wonderful and interesting activities we did together as an extended family. What a blessing!

You guys are fun! It is fun to see all the fun you're having in the fun photos. Love it.

The movie night was fun too! Not enough, I agree. We need more time together.

Thanks for hosting the movie night. It was so awesome, and so wonderfully calm in comparison to our crazy Christmas.

Thanks for organizing and hosting the home movie night, Emily. That was one of my favorite holiday events this year.
