I have posted before about my gift ideas for Weston's office partners. The first year it was the humble pineapple (a Design Mom idea, actually) and last year it was a winter salad kit. This year I stole the idea from my mom - a bird theme. It seemed appropriate since my family has a certain hankering for birds - as I posted about here.
The gift basket this year included a bird feeder, bird seed, and an identification book. I also lined the basket with a napkin with a bird print and a bird ornament - both of which I found on sale at Dillards after Christmas last year.
We gave them out at the office party last weekend. They especially liked the idea that it was a gift the whole family could enjoy!

Wow, I love that idea! I want a bird basket. Maybe I could get a job at the clinic. Would that make me eligible?
That is totally adorable! Great packaging, too...
Very cute idea!
Emily! Am I going to have to be this creative when Rob finally joins a practice? Thank goodness for your blog. I imagine I will copy every one of your ideas. Please continue to post these ideas every year!!!
Actually these office partner gifts aren't going to last much longer. It looks like we are all going to do something else instead - like donate to a charity. Sounds good to me!
You're amazing!! I am totally copying your pineapple idea this year for teachers' gifts, but I'm storing away all of your others for the future. Love it.
Don't give me too much credit for creativity! It was my mom's idea afterall :-)
That is a really good, practical, idea. Are you giving one to Wes for his birthday? Isn't his birthday coming up----how did I know this??
