Snow Camping
With all this snow we've been getting, it was only a matter of time until Wes and the kids built a snow cave. But this year - they were so thrilled with their work - they wanted to put it to good use. Friday night Wes and the older two slept out in the snow fort. I was happy to stay warm and cozy with the little ones sleeping in the house but I did crawl in to get some pictures of the snow campers.

Wes looks quite comfortable in the balmy temp. of 40 degrees. What an adventure!
How fun! I probably would have stayed inside too. I love the idea of it though. Spencer does that kind of stuff with his Scouts.
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, that looks too cold for my taste, but what a fun memory. Aren't you so glad you are married to someone that does such fun things with the kids? At my house if it were left to me the memories would probably consist of me yelling at the kids to pick up their junk. Hooray for awesome Dads!!!
